Postdoc Appointment

We are delighted to confirm that Dr. Daniel Blight has joined the MEAD grant as a Postdoc working with Dr. Huanqing Ye and Dr. Jayadev Vijayan. Dan will be working on quantum and nanoscale photonics, specifically working with Huanqing on developing telecom-band, fibre-integrated single-photon sources using rare-earth ions and semiconductor colour centres whilst working on macroscopic quantum sensing platforms with Jayadev.
